Eye Care : Splash cold water on eyes at least three or four times a day to improve eye sight. Always have some footwear during summer time when it is hot, never go barefooted outside. Heat may cause damage to eye sight. Do standing on head (Shirshasan) and other exercises regularly. Paint eyes with collyrium before going to bed or have TRIFALA with milk. This may help in constipation and thus help to improve eye sight by cooling it down. This may also help in burning sensation. You may drink water by nose. Do not read or write during night for long period of time.
