Sleep: (Over limit): We generally need seven to eight hours sleep. If it is more than that, then it is no good for health.

(1) Put some well ripe Baniyan leaves in a glass of water and boil until a cup of water left. Drink it when cold enough. Refrain if possible or eat very little sweets, fruits, rice, potatoes and hard to digest food items.

(2) Drink a cup of black tea with lemon juice morning and evening.

(3) Drink a cup of water boiled with funnel seeds morning and evening.
