Cholesterol

(1)    Eat a tea spoon of fine cut or pounded coriander leaves and have a drink of water. This may reduce cholesterol and also help in keeping blood vessels clear. Coriander leaves may be also taken with salad or it may be added to vegetable preparations and other food verities.

(2)   To help in reducing cholesterol avoid all vegetable oils, ghee and butter. It will be better to give up chapatti and eat thick preparation of Bajara or Jawar which do not have any oils or ghee.

(3)   Consuming sour foods like lemon, raw mango, yogurt, butter milk, sour grapes, tamarind etc may help in reducing cholestero.

(4)   Eating a handful roasted gram with skin every day may help reducing cholesterol.

A tip: Swallowing two to three grains of black pepper every day save you from any kind of disorder.
