Hello all, Thank you for visiting my blog. I have following information in my blog regarding iron defficiency. Iron We need 25 to 40 ml iron every day. Iron is necessary for substance called dopamine in our body. If there is not enough iron in our body, then dopamine cannot be produced in enough quantity. This causes pain in the body. If deficiency is severe then you should start taking iron pills, but before that it is necessary to consult your doctor and have a blood test, because excess of iron in the body is also harmful when taken as tablets. The best way is to have foods rich in iron and also that can be digested by your body easily. Here are ten iron rich foods. • Red meat • Egg yolks • Dark, leafy greens (spinach, collards) • Dried fruit (prunes, raisins) • Iron-enriched cereals and grains (check the labels) • Mollusks (oysters, clams, scallops) • Turkey or chicken giblets • Beans, lentils, chick peas and soybeans • Liver • Artichokes There are some other foods as well, like barley, peanuts, potatoes with skin, dates, bananas, pompom, almonds, pistachio, walnut etc.

Vitiligo is non curable skin disorder in allopathic medical studies.
